If your application is delayed due to a technical or administrative issue on our part, we will work swiftly to resolve the problem or issue a refund if we are unable to proceed with your certification.
Refunds are not issued if:
– You fail to attend a scheduled appointment without rescheduling 2 hours in advance.
– You provide false or misleading information that prevents certification.
– You qualify and are issued a medical certification as promised.
